Recently on Instagram, Kareena Kapoor’s fitness trainer Mahesh posted a reel of her intense workout mixed with cardio and strength training. 'GET ON THE FLOOR and kill it with strength' read the post.
1. Reverse plank walk: Kareena is seen in a plank position with legs over a treadmill. She practices reverse walking by keeping her upper body stagnant on the ground, engaging the core.
2. Dead bug crawls: One of the best workouts for endurance and stamina. She spices it up by holding two dumbbells in both hands while pumping them up and down for toned arms and strength.
3. Plank walks: She combines plank walks with pushups. She uses two dumbbells and lifts them to the side as she does the plank walk.
4. Side-to-side dips: Kareena does the side-to side-dips with a twist. She posts her legs up on a bench while in a plank position. She can also be seen catching a ball with alternate hands to stay in motion | Instagram
