The UAE Ministry of Education has launched a comprehensive competency assessment for 14,059 public school educators ahead of the 2025–2026 academic year.
Running until July 10, the initiative evaluates teachers, school leaders, and support staff across 28 centers in 10 regions, aiming to identify skill gaps and enhance professional development plans.
Participants include staff from kindergarten, Cycle 1 schools, career progression programs, and those seeking status adjustments.
The assessments, ranging from 30 to 75 minutes, are conducted in three daily sessions and are overseen by proctors and IT teams to ensure smooth execution.
