📰 Russia Launches Mass Drone and Missile Attacks on Ukraine, Severely Damages Infrastructure

Russia launched one of its most extensive aerial offensives in recent weeks, deploying hundreds of drones and missiles to strike multiple Ukrainian cities including Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, Vinnytsia, and Odesa.
At least 15 people were reported injured, and over 80,000 households have been left without power due to heavy damage to Ukraine’s energy infrastructure.
Ukrainian air defense systems intercepted some of the incoming threats, but authorities confirmed significant destruction to power grids and transportation networks.
Ukraine’s Ministry of Energy stated that emergency repair crews are working to restore electricity while urging the public to reduce energy consumption during this critical period.
Russia is likely to intensify its strategy of targeting critical infrastructure to weaken Ukrainian resilience and morale. These strikes may prompt renewed Western support for air defense upgrades, while energy shortages could deepen humanitarian risks.
