Kuwaits Ministry of Islamic Affairs has launched a lottery-based system for Hajj 1447 AH registrations via the sahel platform to ensure fairness and transparency
Only Kuwaiti citizens who haven’t performed Hajj before can apply. Applicants may include up to five relatives and one resident family member per group.
A non-refundable KD 10 fee is required to register; selected pilgrims must pay KD 1,500 to confirm.
Cancellations before January 18, 2026, are refundable. Notifications will be sent through Sahel only. The system prioritizes equal access and structured procedures for all applicants.
