Russia: U.S. Military Aid Encourages Ukraine to Reject Ceasefire
The Russian Foreign Ministry has stated that the continued U.S. supply of weapons and defense systems to Ukraine sends a “clear signal” that Kyiv is being encouraged to reject any immediate ceasefire proposal and continue fighting instead.
A spokesperson added that this reflects the West’s lack of commitment to diplomacy, while affirming that Russia remains open to peace talks – if Ukraine adjusts its position.
