Dubai Airports has launched DXB Greet & Go, a smart pickup service at Terminal 3, replacing traditional guest paging.
Travelers with pre-booked hotel, limo, or tour operator services can now scan a QR code at designated kiosks to access details of their assigned driver, vehicle, and pickup location.
On-ground staff assist guests, streamlining arrivals and reducing congestion. The system enhances efficiency, provides a professional welcome, and supports licensed transport providers.
Part of DXB’s efforts to modernize passenger experience, the service aims to ease footfall and improve flow in the terminal.
